COVID-19 Precautions

Important Industry COVID-19 Information

Our Laboratory is prepared.

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. QCAnalytical Services is working with Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Iowa State Hygienic Laboratory and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to stay updated on regulatory testing practices. We will keep our customers informed of any testing regulation changes. To date, testing practices remain unchanged and our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Precautions implemented at QCAnalytical Laboratory:

A 24-hour Sample Drop-off option is available in the front door vestibule. Please call the Lab in advance with notice of your Drop-off time and if replacement bottles are needed.
Sample Pick-up service is available for current route customers.
Field sampling services will continue with a case-by-case risk/safety assessment prior to mobilization to minimize exposure of our team.
We limit less than 10 staff in the laboratory at one time and maintain safe personal space. A second shift will be implemented if necessitated by workload.
Employees’ temperatures are monitored every day. Additionally, their risk factor exposure outside of the lab is assessed.
An emergency contingency plan for workflow disruption has been established if deemed necessary in the future.
